- Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries, always striving to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with our amazing team members to create a seamless and personalized customer experience that sets us apart.
- Adhere to our company policies and procedures, including following guidelines for player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.
You're good at:
- Verbal and written communication in Danish and English
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Background in customer service, this can be online or via phone calls
- Multi-tasking and time management
