Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
- What is your role going to look like?
- Together with 8 team members you will be supporting the market for DACH
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
- You can expect receiving requests primarily via phone or email (CRM)

REQUIREMENTS
- fluent in German and in English
- Customer centric approach
- Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
- Organizational skills and attention to details
Once being onboarded, you can expect comprehensive product training and continuous support from your direct supervisor and other team members.
