United Call Centers, a global BPO leader, is seeking talented German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide top-notch support for our renowned e-commerce client. This is your chance to work from anywhere while enjoying the flexibility of a self-employed contract.
What You’ll Do:
· Be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
· Solve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
· Ensure every customer interaction ends on a positive note.
· Maintain accurate records of communications and escalate issues when needed.
· Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality service.
· Work flexible shifts between Monday – Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm (CET)
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For:
· Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
· Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce.
· Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new tools and platforms.
· Eligibility to work as self-employed in your country.
· Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
