Job responsibilities:

Assist Danish viewers over the phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing issues, content, and basic website and application navigation.

Provide account and application support to our viewers, specifically related to software functionality and troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.

Provide accurate, real-time responses to viewer inquiries.

Find solutions when a product has a malfunction.

Offer troubleshooting services and product information.

Communicate clearly and carefully with all customers.

Personal qualifications:

Previous experience in service-related roles.

Motivated and eager to learn.

Willing to relocate and adapt to a new culture in Greece.

You have good written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
