Location: Larnaca, Cyprus
Role: Dutch speaking Video Gaming Support Agent
Salary: basic 1350 euro net p/m plus 150 euro fixed language bonus - you do not pay income tax but you will pay 10% on social services (which includes healthcare (therefore net monthly salary around 1350 euro p/m), 250 euro p/m performance bonus potential
Working hrs: Full Time - rotational between Monday - Friday 11:00 – 19:30
Relocation: when relocating from outside of Cyprus, there will be a relocation package offered which includes: Company apartment for up to two months (first month for free, second month for €100), flight tickets reimbursed up to €300 (after 2-3 weeks approx), or instead of the above paid €1,500 (to be discussed with company) paid at end of first month worked.

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently have 70 offices in over 23 countries. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful port city on the south coast of Cyprus in Larnaca, they are looking to recruit Dutch speaking support agents to join their video gaming project.
The Role
As a Dutch speaking Video Gaming Support Agent you will be working just a short stroll from the beach! You will be the first point of contact via email, chat or phone for players in regards to queries in relation to their console, network or account. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.
