DESCRIPTION
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.
- Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.
- Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up to date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.
- Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
- Having experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
