Contact former customers and help them rediscover the service through outbound reactivation calls.
Understand customer needs and identify the best way to support their return.
Answer questions related to plans, deliveries, subscription flexibility, and available options.
Provide a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience across voice, email, and chat channels.
Solve customer questions with accuracy and empathy.
Act as a key point of contact for the Dutch market and contribute to service quality and business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

You are a native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills.
You enjoy talking to people and know how to create a positive connection with customers.
You are empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable finding the best outcome for each situation.
You feel confident working with different communication channels such as outbound calls, email, and chat.
You like working in an international environment and are motivated by targets, customer satisfaction, and team success.
Previous experience in customer support, sales, reactivation, or contact center roles is a plus.
