Your responsibilities and impact
- Proactively prospect and engage with small and medium-sized businesses across the Netherlands
- Conduct outbound calls and drive new business opportunities through high-volume outreach
- Present tailored financing solutions such as business loans and credit cards
- Understand client needs and qualify sales opportunities effectively
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent daily activity
- Track performance and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with international teams to strengthen market presence
- Contribute to the growth of a newly established sales hub in Barcelona
Skills, qualifications and interests
- Native level of Dutch and a good command of English
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and independent mindset
- Interest in fintech, financial services, or SME-focused solutions
