As Italian Speaking Restaurant Captain, you will:

You will take part in the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and world-class dining experiences.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the restaurant’s concept, food, and beverage offerings.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both front and back-of-house areas.

Identify opportunities for service improvements and share recommendations with management.

Uphold grooming, service, and presentation standards, ensuring a consistent luxury image.

Interact confidently with guests, including welcoming VIPs, handling complaints, and ensuring personalized service.

Support management with training sessions, role plays, and on-the-job learning.

REQUIREMENTS

About You

Certification or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.

Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal) is required.

Strong passion for guest service.

Well-groomed, professional, and engaging presence.

Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods.
