Customer Care Agents (CCA)support business to consumer products or
The main products supported are printers and cameras, in total support
and troubleshooting is done for over multiple products/services.
The support is divided into 2 LOBs, Customer Care and Technical Support.
CCAs support all channels and both LOBs and can be working on other than
their native language with the support of a translation tool (written channels
only). CCAs also perform back office tasks and use cross- and upselling.
They handle 9-10 tools and Issues they cannot solve are escalated to the
