About the job
As a Dutch-speaking customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a renowned company. Your main task is to provide solutions to customer enquiries by phone, email or chat. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural team and develop your communication skills.
What is your daily workflow?
Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
Providing efficient solutions and support for technical or general enquiries
Documenting customer interactions to improve the service
Collaborating with internal teams to continuously optimise the customer experience
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2 or higher)
