DESCRIPTION
Your Role
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and empathy.
Provide guidance on products and technical support, assisting users with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements in accordance with company policy.
Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and good command of English.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage.
A genuine passion for technology and helping people.
