What you will do in this role

Support Customer Service agents’ development through training, coaching, and quality actions
Deliver onboarding and training for new agents and follow up on mandatory trainings
Identify individual and team skill gaps and coordinate training plans with Team Managers and the global training team
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions using Quality Assurance tools
Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
Conduct Quality Assurance feedback and coaching sessions with agents
Support Team Managers in achieving quality and efficiency targets
Act as an expert in CS procedures, policies, and standard processes
Contribute to improving training materials, tools, and operational processes
Proactively identify business risks and communicate customer journey pain points to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
Have proven experience as a Trainer and/or Quality Specialist
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments
