Your responsibilities
- Address the questions and concerns of Dutch-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
- Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via e-mail, chat, and social media channels.
- Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile
- Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our Dutch-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.
- Are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Possess outstanding communication skills.
- Are keen to learn.
- (Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.
