Role: Danish speaking Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: 43-45K Euros gross p/a
Relocation package: 200 euro flight reimbursement plus 2 weeks accomodation on arrival

The Role
With a strong focus on digital marketing and brand activation, the Danish Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the daily planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns for our client's leading Danish brands. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to create world-class creative assets, activate our brands locally, and drive measurable marketing performance improvements.
Acting as the essential link between different marketing functions, your day-to-day role will span a wide range of tasks, all with the shared goal of boosting marketing effectiveness and increasing brand awareness in the Danish market. You will report directly to the Danish Marketing Manager.
What You Will Be Doing:
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the digital marketing team, affiliates, and local media agencies to plan, execute, analyze, and continuously improve marketing campaigns.
Brand Activation: Develop and implement brand activation strategies alongside the local Marketing Manager, identifying new opportunities for growth and executing innovative campaigns.
Social Media Management: Oversee Danish social media channels, from content planning and ad setup to creating engaging posts in collaboration with local agencies.
Sponsorship Activation: Work closely with our Danish sponsorship partners to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
Innovation & Exploration: Proactively explore new digital opportunities, emerging channels, and creative concepts to strengthen our position as the leading operator in Denmark.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, and strong understanding of other digital channels such as programmatic, PPC, and YouTube.
Solid understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, with the ability to measure and optimize customer acquisition KPIs.
Strong project management, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Experience across traditional marketing channels (TV, radio, outdoor) is a plus.
