As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales for Cloud solutions, engaging with businesses, and identifying growth opportunities. Your role is to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer the right digital solutions to help them thrive. No technical background is required—just a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset!
Please note that in order for the recruitment process to start, you need to be an EU citizen, or Schengen zone / EU passport holder, or have a Greek residence permit (providing access to work) or a corresponding certificate of electronic submission (formerly known as “blue paper”)
What You’ll Do
- Identify & Qualify Leads: Research and reach out to potential business clients interested in Google Cloud solutions.
- Engage Decision-Makers: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored cloud solutions.
- Drive Sales Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through outbound efforts.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Track interactions and follow up effectively using CRM tools.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work with your team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring
- Fluent Turkish & strong English skills
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not required)
- Confidence in outbound calls, cold outreach, and building rapport with clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
