At Talent Search People, we are a human resources consultancy specialising in connecting talent with leading companies. With over 15 years of experience, we select professionals for international projects in the education and global services sectors.

On this occasion, one of our clients, a leading agency in the organisation of language courses abroad, is looking to hire a Language Travel Consultant to develop the German market from their Barcelona office.

What will you do on a daily basis?

Advise clients interested in language programmes abroad, mainly for the German market.
Analyse each client's needs and propose personalised solutions.
Prepare quotes and follow up commercially (by telephone, email, video call and, where possible, in person).
Manage the entire sales process and support students before, during and after their international experience.
Collaborate with international teams and coordinate with schools and partners in different countries.
Participate in trade fairs, events and presentations to attract new clients and strengthen the company's image.
Report directly to the international sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

Who are we looking for?

Previous sales experience, preferably in travel agencies, international education or service consulting.
Native or very high level of German and high level of English (minimum B2). Other languages will be valued.
Excellent communication skills, customer focus and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, in an organised manner and with a high sense of responsibility.
Proactive attitude, flexibility and team spirit.
Knowledge of geography and a love of travel.
Previous experience in companies in the international education sector will be an advantage.
