What tasks can you expect?

From their BPO business unit, they provide operational and strategic outsourcing solutions to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients.
Following up, calculating, and checking payroll for your clients.
Guiding and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.
Building a relationship of trust with your clients.
Answering employees’ questions about their files on behalf of their employer.
Keeping your knowledge and expertise up to date across various payroll and personnel administration domains.
Continuously seeking improvements and optimizations in existing work processes.
