You'll complete a paid onboarding programme of approximately 2–4 weeks, where you'll learn about the company's products, systems, compliance requirements and client communication. As your knowledge grows, you'll gradually take on more complex client enquiries and continue developing your expertise in financial markets.
This role is designed as a strong starting point for a long-term career. Many employees progress into senior client service and leadership positions, while others choose to explore opportunities in different areas of the business. Internal mobility is encouraged, giving you the chance to develop your career in departments such as Sales, Marketing, Business Analysis, Finance and other specialist teams as new opportunities arise.
