What you will do in this role 

As a Team Leader on our team, you will:  

• Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations 
• Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls and demos. 
• Lead team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close 
• Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management and with the agents 
• Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity and accuracy 
• Drive business value driven customer conversations by achieving a high-level proficiency in all solution areas through all available learning resources 
• Design and set productivity and sales targets/quota in line with market trends 

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

• Are Bilingual or proficient in Dutch or German or French + advanced in English
• Have 3+ years of sales or business development experience 
• Have 3+ years of team management experience, minimum 2+ years of sales management experience in automotive industry with proven track record of successfully leading teams of 8 or more.  
• Have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools 
• Have experience, background and confidence to initiate and drive business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and workloads 
• Have general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual systems, processes, products and services quickly and accurately.  
• Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications, Windows OS, 3+ years of experience using a CRM tool (Dynamics, SalesForce or other) is required. 
• Have a bachelor's degree or associate degree
