As a German Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries via live chat and email, with minimal phone interaction.

Location

Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus (NOT remote).

Work Schedule

Rotational Shifts (4 days work, 2 days off):
Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Night: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Breaks: Flexible schedule (e.g., 3x10 minutes + 30 minutes or 2x30 minutes).

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through live chat and email.
Manage up to 3 live chat conversations simultaneously.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
Follow shifts on a rotational basis, including night shifts and public holidays.

Requirements

Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English for internal communication.
A junior profile with minimal work experience preferred.
Demonstrates a polite, professional, and down-to-earth attitude.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile
