Location: Greece - work from home

Role: Dutch Customer Advisor

Salary: The Basic gross 1495 p/m (=1150 € net/month (plus the additional Christmas, Easter and Holiday bonus). Additional Euro 30 net p/m work from home allowance. + 132 euro net p/m for food vouchers plus up to 150 EU gross p/m bonus potential.

With 12000 members and locations in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Morocco, Spain, Greece, Turkey and Suriname, they have a unique combination of customer contact services with tailor made solutions for their clients. We are very excited to recruit a new German Client Advisor - WFH anywhere in Greece. This position will be for our client – an outsourcing partner - who has just opened a new office in Thessaloniki, Greece - however this is a 100% remote role in Greece so no need to come to their office.

The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you will represent an energy provider catering to the Dutch and Belgian markets. You will handle warm leads from inbound calls and live chat, assisting with queries related to energy packages, price calculations, and invoices.

Part of your responsibilities will include:

Providing information about tariffs and promoting the benefits of switching to this energy provider.
Ensuring all relevant customer details are collected to facilitate contract creation and signing.
Handling customer queries via phone and email.
Performing general administrative tasks.
Your primary objective will be to support customers throughout the switching process and help finalize contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who have:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch
Previous customer service and /or back office experience desired
Flexible attitude
Computer literate
Ability to work from home (home office and good broadband connection)
