DESCRIPTION
Customer advisor for Sustainable Energy support , you will assist customers dealing with Wind , Solar and other Green energy projects.
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails in Dutch
- Assist with invoices, reminders, and payments, including payment plans and late fees
- Support tariff changes, contract questions, and retention requests
- Handle complaints such as overcharges or incorrect billing
- Manage customer moves and service activations
- Address both practical and emotional customer needs with empathy
- Identify and act on service-oriented sales opportunities
- Perform additional tasks such as contacting customers with open debts
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Dutch (spoken and written)
- Good English for internal communication
- Minimum: secondary school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 6 months’ experience in customer service or contact centre is an advantage
- Strong computer skills (comfortable with 4–5 systems)
- CRM system knowledge is an asset
- Good multitasking ability (calls, emails, chat)
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication
- Confident, empathetic, and able to lead conversations professionally
