Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, engaging regularly with clients across all stages of the sales funnel.
Engaging clients regularly on video meetings, via phone, email and social media outreach.
Identify and engage with alternative decision-makers or points of contact, using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.
Actively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving prospects through each stage of the funnel.
Qualify leads and transition them seamlessly to the onboarding team to continue the customer journey and buying process.
Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to support sales targets.
Adhere to defined response-time SLAs and follow the required sales cadences at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
Solid knowledge of business development and qualification methodologies, experience in lead generation would be beneficial.
Minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortably operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving IT Sales environment.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
Digital advertising knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
