By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 18:30, in a hybrid setup, from our office location from Brasov or Bucharest.
How you will make an impact:
Assisting executives in the use of company with administrative tasks like travel, reservations;
Proactive calendar management. Assisting with calendaring/scheduling of appointments;
Arranging conference calls, video conferences or data conferences;
Arranging or coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with itineraries and visa/passport procedures;
Coordinating work with internal and external third-party suppliers at the request of the executive or supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills that make your work successful:
High school degree;
Excellent Dutch skills, both verbal and written ( C1 mandatory) and medium English skills (B2);
Administrative experience is an advantage;
Good PC skills (internet, Outlook), ability to use various virtual communication tools (Teams);
Critical and analytical thinking;
Creative and proactive problem solving;
Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
Excellent customer service skills and time-management skills.
