REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Technical qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
- Familiarity with image editing tools and relevant applications
- Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting processes
- Previous experience in hardware support (especially phone/email-based)
- Technical training or strong technical background preferred
Personal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to stay composed under pressure
- Native Dutch language skills (written and oral)
- High level of English; additional European language is a plus
- Excellent communication and service orientation
- Team player and quick learner
