Salary: salary package competitive plus 7.63 euro net p/working day food vouchers

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational within a 24x7 operation

What you'll be doing

Review and evaluate AI-generated responses
Label and annotate language model outputs according to detailed guidelines
Assess content for quality, relevance, factual accuracy, safety, and policy compliance
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and edge cases
Apply annotation guidelines accurately across different content types
Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets
Provide valuable feedback that helps improve AI systems
Handle confidential information in accordance with project standards

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Hebrew
Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) (essential)
Experience with AI data annotation, AI evaluation, RLHF, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), content labeling, Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, or a similar analytical role
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong written communication and reading comprehension
High attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment
Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
