DESCRIPTION
- Manage high-volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities, engaging regularly with clients across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Engaging clients regularly on video meetings, via phone, email and social media outreach.
- Identify and engage with alternative decision-makers or points of contact, using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead generation methods.
- Actively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, driving prospects through each stage of the funnel.
- Qualify leads and transition them seamlessly to the onboarding team to continue the customer journey and buying process.
- Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to support sales targets.
- Adhere to defined response-time SLAs and follow the required sales cadences at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of business development and qualification methodologies, experience in lead generation would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortably operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving IT Sales environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
- Digital advertising knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
