We're on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our Activity Teams. Whether you're qualified (Level 3 or higher in Childcare qualification or a related field) or simply have a natural flair for working with children and families, we want to hear from you. In the role of an Activity Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a diverse array of daily activity sessions brimming with energy and enthusiasm and catering to guests of all ages to our Holiday Villages guests. Your commitment to ensuring their holiday is action-packed will be paramount. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments, occasionally supporting the entertainment team with Pool Parties & Team Shows. Throughout your training period, you will gain a comprehensive set of qualifications essential for the role, enabling you to execute activities with a strong focus on safety and exceptional service.

• Run a range of fun, high-energy activities both on land and in the water
• including but not limited to archery, twin track inflatables, and water zorbing.
• Lead exciting kids' club sessions for children aged 3 to 17, giving parents peace of mind while their children are in our care.
• Instruct on the Aerial Adventure course – enjoy amazing views while working confidently at height.
• Host daytime activities for guests of all ages and support the Entertainment Cast with pool parties, guest engagement, and team shows.
• Take full responsibility for the children in your care, including following sign-in/out procedures and always upholding safeguarding and child protection standards.
• Work closely with your team to deliver a full activity programme, making sure every guest has a fun and memorable holiday.
• Always provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all health and safety procedures carefully and consistently.
• Build good relationships with parents and guardians.
• Stay flexible and open to changes in the daily schedule.
• Be a strong team player, supporting and encouraging your colleagues.
• Set up and pack down activities to a high standard – this also includes helping prepare the resort at the start and end of the season.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with hotel staff and other departments.

  We're currently recruiting for the following candidates 1. Qualified Activity Team Members (Level 3 or higher in Childcare qualification or a related field) and Non Qualified Activity Team Members who have the right to live and work in the EU and hold a EU Passport (This is due to the travel aspects of the job) for the resorts in Costa Del Sol, Ibiza and Majorca. 2. Qualified Activity Team Members (Level 3 or higher in Childcare qualification or a related field) and Non Qualified Activity Team Members who have the right to live and work in the UK and hold a UK Passport (This is due to the travel aspects of the job) for the resorts in Cyprus, Egypt, Tunisia, Turkiye, Rhodes and Kos.
