The Role
As a Case Administrator, you will be the backbone of operations for a group of private bailiff offices, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of legal case files. Your day-to-day tasks will mainly focus on back-office administrative work, but you’ll also provide professional support on incoming inquiries from debtors (approximately 20% of the time).

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse debtor files, verify case data, and assess file readiness
- Draft and distribute writs in close collaboration with bailiff offices
- Manage all stages of the case file, including documentation and correspondence
- Respond to inbound calls from debtors and support them with empathetic, clear guidance
- Assist with setting up repayment arrangements and resolving queries
- Ensure all information is recorded accurately and complies with legal procedures
