The Role
As a Case Administrator, you will be the backbone of operations for a group of private bailiff offices, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of legal case files. Your day-to-day tasks will mainly focus on back-office administrative work, but you’ll also provide professional support on incoming inquiries from debtors (approximately 20% of the time).

Your Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse debtor files, verify case data, and assess file readiness
Draft and distribute writs in close collaboration with bailiff offices
Manage all stages of the case file, including documentation and correspondence
Respond to inbound calls from debtors and support them with empathetic, clear guidance
Assist with setting up repayment arrangements and resolving queries
Ensure all information is recorded accurately and complies with legal procedures
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have:
Fluent in Dutch
Good command of English
Experience in administration or legal support is highly desirable
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured mindset
Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
