DESCRIPTION
Our client, a well known telecom company in Belgium is seeking to recruit their team of Back Office Agents based in Bulgaria to support the Flemish speaking markets.
Responsibilities:
The Back Office team handles letters received by customers, and forms through the website. The team covers 5 main tasks: Orders, Requests, Complaints, Credit Notes and SOS Support.
- Orders and requests are normally processed entirely in writing
- Complaints, these are often unclear and the agent needs to contact the customer by phone to obtain a better understanding of the issue before being able to provide a resolution.
- Processing credit notes: if small the agent will process normally, if higher amounts the agent will need to request approval internally.
- SOS: supporting integral agents from all sites when they get stucck in programs as the back office team has the most complete information about the systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills in Flemish or Dutch and English
- Experience in a similar role within administration, back office duties, contact center experience would be a plus
- Proof of employment/references from previous employments
- Able to process big amounts of information and make decisions
- Effective listening skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Hard working and structured
- Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
- Highly engaged and committed long term, this is a permanent project.
- Available to work on shifts from Monday to Saturday
