DESCRIPTION
The Training & Quality Agent is responsible of monitoring and communication of the Service Delivery quality results. Part of his role, the Training & Quality Agent will deliver the necessary reporting, feedbacks and training to the other members of the German Service Delivery team
Main tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
Training tasks:
Initial training for new hires
Follow ups on new hire development for the first 2 months
Assisting agents in complex cases
Giving personalized training according to “Data Quality” Report
Organizing and carrying out refresh-trainings for all existing team members
Keeping the Learning Curve document updated
Creating and Updating Handouts for the Team and Training Purposes
Quality tasks:
Checking Data Quality daily, creating statistics, rectifying mistakes through de.support channel
Creating daily statistics on mistakes and reporting to Germany
Creating and sending a weekly/monthly report
Supervision tasks in back-up:
Basic and necessary tasks defined with the Supervisor when they are absent.
REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Office, Workflow management skills, Process formalization skills, Power BI Excel
Advanced Languages: - German: Native or Bilingual - English: Fluent - Spanish: Professional skills
2 years of experience in a customer service center
2 years of experience in car retailers or car repair management
