- You are responsible for assisting business mobility users with operational questions about the use of products.
- You are responsible for the quality and service level.
- Incoming Call Handling: Supportive calls around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
- You identify common questions and gaps in processes and make improvement suggestions.
- Processing incoming emails: From drivers of lease vehicles and answering supportive inquiries around usage of vehicles, e.g., for maintenance, repair, bodywork and glazing appointments, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
- Outbound Call Handling: Appointment organization calls
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient level of Dutch speaker
- EU citizen
- Interested in working and living in Lisbon, Portugal
- Good communication skills
