Salary: Basic 23.876€ gross/year + up to 3.408€ gross/year in bonus.
Hours of work: 39hrs p/week Mon-Fri
Relocation package: flight to Barcelona, accomodation for 1 month, plus 600 EUR relo nonus after the first month, assistance with finding long term accomodation.

We’re looking for a driven, tech-savvy professional with an excellent understanding of the Benelux market. You will onboard and guide companies with strong growth potential — possibly future unicorns — helping them adopt digital advertising solutions, optimise performance, reduce churn, and unlock long-term value.
What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of new clients and build high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing strategy.
Conduct outbound calls to promote services and drive adoption.
Identify customer objectives and provide relevant, tailored advertising solutions.
Set up strategic, results-focused campaigns designed to deliver immediate impact and sustainable long-term performance.
Increase spend and identify upsell opportunities across your accounts.
Manage and update CRM systems with complete and accurate customer data.
Handle high volumes of potential clients through outbound calls daily.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent experience.
Fluent in Dutch and English
Experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in client-facing, high-stakes environments.
Ability to work independently toward measurable goals.
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing customer data.
Strong presentation abilities and confidence when interacting with diverse audiences.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Understanding of business strategy and the ability to support customers’ long-term growth.
Capable of analyzing competitors and market trends to support product positioning and decision-making.
Customer-centric with the ability to support and advise clients effectively.
