What you'll do

Provide Multilingual technical support consultation services to users through various channels such as phone, online, and email;
Provide users professional technical solutions and capable of conducting technical knowledge output and training;
Handle customer complaints and comfort customer's emotions, establish good communication with users, and enhance user experience;
Collect and analyze user feedback to optimize existing products and service processes;
Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2);
Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
Experience in Technical Support;
Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
Dynamic and enthusiastic about technology.
