About the Role

Are you passionate about online safety and social media? We are looking for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join an international team in Lisbon, supporting one of the world’s leading social media platforms. In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with platform guidelines and community standards.

Please note: this role involves reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content, so emotional resilience and professionalism are important.

Responsibilities

Review and moderate Dutch-language content on social media platforms
Evaluate reported content for policy violations
Handle content related to topics such as hate speech, bullying, violence, scams, and other sensitive material
Take appropriate action based on internal guidelines and policies
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain high quality and accuracy standards
Help contribute to a safe and positive online community

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For

Native or fluent Dutch speaker
Good level of English
Strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
Professional and emotionally resilient
Previous customer service or content moderation experience is a plus, but not required
