Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Role: Danish speaking Content Moderator

Salary: 1,358 Euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without accommodation is 1620.50 Euro p/m gross

Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.

Relocation Package: flight reimbursement, airport pick up, accommodation during employment

We're looking for a Danish-speaking Content Moderator to support a leading short-video social media platform. In this role, you'll help maintain platform integrity by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:

Review videos, images, comments, posts, and audio content
Identify and remove content that violates platform policies
Moderate user interactions and appeals
Classify and label content accurately
Monitor compliance with legal and platform standards
Report moderation trends and recurring issues
Please note that this role involves reviewing user-generated content that may include sensitive material such as violence, adult content, offensive language, fake news, disturbing or graphic content etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Danish
Good command of English
This is 24x7 operation which requires you to do a mix of day and night shifts
Have attention to detail
