Your Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content such as videos, images, texts, and audio, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines
- Respond to inquiries related to Trust and Safety, including abuse reports and enforcement appeals
- Safeguard users and protect brand reputation by identifying inappropriate or harmful content
- Provide service on a 24/7 shift rotation, ensuring around-the-clock platform support
Please note: This role involves daily exposure to sensitive content including explicit material, violence, and misinformation.
REQUIREMENTS
Native-level fluency in French and good command of English
EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work or residency permit is required
Strong interest in digital trends, internet culture, and social media platforms
Excellent communication and listening skills
Motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and open to working with colleagues from many different nationalities
