What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
- Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Our Agents should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills

REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
