As a Customer Advisor, you'll apply your skills to resolve emerging issues with precision and efficiency. You'll uphold excellent standards and share your passion for technology with both customers and colleagues. Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation

REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile:
Native-level Dutch language skills (C2, some projects may accept B2) + English fluent
Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage
Patience to communicate and solve issues
Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
