What will you do?
- Supervise daily operations of a call center team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and performance standards
- Coach and support team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor performance, implement improvement plans, and take corrective actions when necessary
- Handle escalated customer calls and provide subject matter expertise
- Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate effective communication
- Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures
- Promote company values and create a motivating team environment
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Team Leader
- Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage
- Fluency in Danish (C2) and English (B2 or higher)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, Monday–Sunday, between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm, from the Warsaw office
