Are you an experienced operations leader ready to take ownership of a fast-paced and dynamic environment? We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of a modern Live Casino studio in Belgrade, Serbia.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Live Casino studio
Supervise, motivate, and develop large operational teams
Ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient shift planning
Maintain compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
Analyze reports and KPIs to support business performance goals
Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
Collaborate with HR, senior management, and other departments
Handle operational risks and support crisis management procedures
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
Manage vendor relationships and studio facilities
