Do you want to take the next step in your sales career and lead a high-performing team in Malta? Our client is looking for a Swedish-speaking Sales Team Leader to join their growing operation in the heart of the Mediterranean.
In this role, you will lead and motivate a sales team within a fast-paced international environment, with clear targets and strong development opportunities. A relocation package and long-term career prospects within finance and online trading are included.

What will you do?
- Manage the sales team and ensure team targets are met or exceeded
- Monitor and listen to sales calls, supporting sellers in closing deals
- Motivate sales representatives and drive daily performance
- Review daily reports and act accordingly
- Set daily targets for each sales representative
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and handle disciplinary matters when needed
- Provide daily feedback on one sales representative to the shift manager
- Handle attendance reporting at the beginning of each shift
- Open support tickets when required
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
Fluent in spoken Swedish
- Proven experience in sales leadership or sales team management (mandatory)
- Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Strong team player with leadership capabilities
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and push performance limits
