Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Specialist will be:
- In this role, you will be the point of contact with customers in advising, selling, troubleshooting and even setting up their new products
- Identify, reply and solve customer’s requests via phone, email and chat
- Providing professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails
- Troubleshooting any malfunctions in the digital services
- Correcting data such as GPS location, drivers data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption etc.
- Guaranteeing clients satisfaction and high level of quality
- Ensuring and participate in the success of the department
REQUIREMENTS
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You are a native Dutch or Flemish speaker with good English
