Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our client's B2B outbound sales team, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, handling high-volume leads, and driving business growth through successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to engage and convert potential business clients.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new customers.
- Manage a high number of sales opportunities with a focus on achieving set targets (3-5 sales per day).
- Adapt and refine sales strategies to optimize performance.
- Participate in a 10-day intensive training program covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer management.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (9:00 - 18:00).
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Hungarian (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven with a proactive mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
