Customer Support Advisor (Russian/Ukrainian Speaker) – Relocate to Portugal
Ready to start a new adventure in Portugal? Join our international team as a Russian/Ukrainian Customer Support Advisor!
As part of our customer service team, you'll support Russian/Ukrainian-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve answering questions, resolving customer issues, providing accurate information about products and services, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience. You'll work closely with colleagues from around the world in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
No previous experience is required—comprehensive paid training will be provided to help you succeed from day one.

REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent Russian and/or Ukrainian (C1/C2) and good English (B2 or above)
* EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
* Good communication skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Portugal
