Assist users with printer and camera installation, error codes, and technical issues
Offer pre-sales support by helping customers choose the best product for their needs
Process repair requests and escalate unresolved issues
Use internal systems and translation tools for written communication if needed
Perform light back-office tasks and offer cross- and upsell support when appropriate
Fluent Dutch(C2) and confident English (B2)
Customer focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable with Windows & Mac OS environments
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
No prior experience required – full training is provided
Training & Onboarding 16 days
Training period will be paid
3-month learning curve with hands-on support
Option to borrow Canon cameras for weekend product training
Upskill training in sales once fully productive
