My client is looking for a Customer Representative for Greece in many languages

Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Representative, you will:

Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace, by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customers.
Follow communication procedures and policies.
Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

Fluency in Norwegian, German, Spanish, Italian, Slovenian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish or Slovak (both written and verbal)
Fluency in English for internal communication
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred.
