Our client operates a massive, state-of-the-art hub in sunny Barcelona, serving as the strategic growth engine for top-tier digital brands.
This specific project is all about driving the adoption of Digital Marketing Ads within the highly lucrative German market. The sector is fast-paced, digital-first, and highly competitive. Your mission is to help German small-and-medium businesses, as well as future "unicorns," unlock the full potential of paid search, display, and video campaigns. It’s a mix of strategic consultation, digital marketing education, and active business development in one of the most robust economies in Europe.
And your role in this?
We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Ads Sales Executive who will act as a strategic growth consultant for German businesses. Your main objective is to onboard new advertisers, help them build high-performing PPC campaigns from scratch, and show them the incredible ROI of digital ads so they keep growing with us.
More specifically, you will:
Consult & Onboard: Act as a trusted advisor to help new clients set up, launch, and optimize their first PPC campaigns for long-term success.
Drive Revenue: Keep your sales hat on! You will actively engage with potential clients via outbound calls to pitch the benefits of the platform and encourage strategic budget increases.
Master the Market: Scan the German business landscape to spot high-potential companies and tailor your approach to their specific industry needs.
Keep Data Clean: Manage your daily pipeline like a pro, keeping your CRM updated with accurate customer insights.
Crush Your KPIs: Work dynamically to hit and exceed your monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Nurture Relationships: Build genuine, lasting trust with business owners and marketing decision-makers to minimize campaign churn.
