DESCRIPTION
- Meet quarterly SQO quota and daily/weekly activity targets.
- Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects and educate them on Cloud offerings.
- Execute daily outbound calls/emails (including cold calling) to C-level decision makers, quickly establish rapport, and assess needs.
- Understand pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with Cloud solutions (solution-selling), and build value for next sales steps.
- Maintain prospect/customer data in Salesforce (CRM), managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Work towards team and individual KPIs (productivity, conversion, opportunities, pipeline).
- Diligently document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce for stakeholder clarity.
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level of Czech and C1 of English (both written and spoken).
- BA/BS degree or relevant professional certification with 14 months practical experience.
- Developing familiarity with IT infrastructure and technology concepts.
- A keen interest in sales and an aptitude for understanding business needs.
- Comfortable in a structured, target-focused communication setting.
- Initial experience or strong aptitude for phone-based engagement with business contacts.
- Willingness and capacity to quickly learn and utilize CRM platforms.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills with the potential to develop business relationship building capabilities.
- Eager to demonstrate initiative, confidence, and determination in a goal-oriented role.
- Czech Market Knowledge: understanding of the Czech business culture. Knowledge of regional differences within Czech Republic, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies.
- Familiarity with the key sectors of the Czech economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding the specific needs of each industry.
- Czech Communication: ability to communicate with Czech professionals, both in formal and informal settings, adapting the communication style to the context and the interlocutor.
- Understanding of the nuances of Czech business language, using appropriate terminology and avoiding cultural misunderstandings
- Czech Legal Knowledge: basic knowledge of Czech business regulations and data privacy laws.
