Are you ready to move to the Czech Republic? The land of Kafka, historic architecture, Škoda cars and some of the world's best beers?
We are looking for German speakers to work as Air Travel Consultants for one of the worlds premier Airlines! You will have the option to work from the company's office in Brno, the second largest city in Czechia and the Moravian capital or to work remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic. While previous experience in a customer related role is an advantage, it's not a requirement as the company will provide full training.
Also for those coming from abroad, you will get a full relocation package that includes the cost of travel to the Czech Republic plus 2 months free accommodation in the beginning before you find your own place.
Main responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for passengers with the airline.
- Assist passengers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds
- Help with special luggage requests - sporting equipment, transport of pets, wheel chairs, etc.
- Answer questions and provide information about vaccination and visa requirements
- Deal with special requests related to travelling with children
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German and a good level of English
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and learn new skills
- Willingness to stay for at least 12 months
