What is the project
Imagine joining a fast-growing, Barcelona-based digital marketing hub that breathes data and lives for both organic and paid growth. Founded in 2018, this multicultural squad of digital experts manages strategies for over 100 clients across 14+ markets.
The core mission here is simple: turn data into actionable strategies that boost visibility, maximize ROI, and guarantee business growth. In this project, you will take the reins for the DACH market, acting as the strategic brain connecting the long-term magic of SEO with the immediate, targeted impact of Paid Ads.

The role & its responsibilities
As the dedicated Consultant for the DACH market, your primary objective is to independently manage a portfolio of 5 to 15 client accounts, ensuring their digital presence translates directly into revenue.

Here is how you will hit your goals:
  • Paid Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize PPC (Google/Microsoft Ads) and Social Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) to hit target ROAS and keep the CPC perfectly balanced.
  • Holistic SEO Strategy: Drive sustainable organic traffic by owning On-Page (content, meta tags), Technical SEO (crawling, page speed, site structure), and Off-Page (link building) initiatives.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor traffic and conversions closely. Your objective is to translate raw data into clear, actionable reports and proactively present new strategic solutions to your clients.
  • Synergy Creation: Bridge the gap between paid and organic channels, ensuring a unified search engine dominance for your clients.

What you should bring (The Ideal Match)
Must-Haves:
Languages: Native or absolutely fluent (C2) German, paired with excellent English.
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a clear focus on both SEO and SEA (either In-House or Agency side).
Tech Stack: Solid proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Communication: You have a knack for explaining complex metrics and strategies to clients in a way that is clear, convincing, and easy to digest.
Mindset: Highly analytical, strictly data-driven, and naturally proactive when solving problems.

Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with advanced tools like SEMrush, OnCrawl, or Seolyzer.
Previous experience successfully managing complex website migrations.
A touch of commercial or sales awareness to naturally spot upselling opportunities with your clients.
