For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – User Safety Moderator with Irish (Relocation).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and categorize user text for appropriateness;
- Identify content that may bypass filters;
- Maintain professionalism with all types of content;
- Flag content that requires further action;
- Collaborate effectively via chat and email;
- Work efficiently during both day and night shifts.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and good judgment;
- Experience with online safety or moderation is a plus;
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally;
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2);
- Proficiency in Irish (C1);
- Team player with proactive attitude.
