The Role
We are recruiting for an Irish speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job is based in Athens, where you will work in an international team. This role involves assisting users with various inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with the platform’s features and services. You will receive inbound calls with queries around account and App support where you will assist customers with account settings, app downloads, and content installation. You will also process refund requests and help customers set up and troubleshoot payment accounts.

- Good command of English
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
